Abdominoplasty
Abdominoplasty helps flatten and shape the abdomen and waist by removing excess fat and skin and tightening muscles. The best candidates have pockets of fat or loose skin that haven’t responded well to diet and exercise. The procedure can also be useful for women with stretched skin and muscles from pregnancy.
The procedure takes approximately two to five hours and can be performed with general anesthesia or local anesthesia with a sedative. Recovery time ranges from two weeks to a few months. With a balanced diet and regular exercise, results are long-lasting. Abdominoplasty will likely leave a permanent scar stretching between the hips, although it should be low enough for even a bikini to conceal it.

Liposuction
Liposuction sculpts the body by removing undesirable fat that has not responded to diet and exercise from the abdomen, waist, hips, buttocks, thighs, knees, upper arms, chin, cheeks and neck. Liposuction not only offers the opportunity to slim and contour chubby areas of the body; by removing the fat cells, it also ensures that these areas will not accumulate fatty deposits in the future.

Brachioplasty (Arm Lift)
Brachioplasty, commonly known as an arm lift, attempts to procure a more natural and youthful look by removing the fat and excess skin hanging down from the underarms. This is most commonly requested by aging women, but some men opt to have this procedure as well. An arm lift is often performed on post-bariatric surgery patients who have lost huge amounts of weight in a short amount of time. The procedure helps to relieve patients’ self consciousness in wearing short sleeves or otherwise showing their arms.

Body Lift
Also called belt lipectomy, torsoplasty and panniculectomy, the circumferential body lift is performed to remove excess skin from the torso and upper legs.
Candidates for body lifts typically suffer from loose (inelastic) skin on many or most areas of the body as a result of age, childbearing or significant weight loss due to diet, exercise or bariatric surgery. Because of this, the procedure is often combined with others such as breast lifts, arm lifts and liposuction to retain a proper body proportion. Body lifts tighten and tone the abdomen, back, buttocks, hips and thighs.

Inner Thigh Lift
An inner thigh lift is the most popular type of thigh lift procedure, and is performed to create thighs that are accurately proportioned to the patient’s legs, abdomen and buttocks in addition to a smooth and well-contoured appearance. This is done by lifting and tightening the skin and tissue in the area, and is ideal for patients with moderate fat in the thigh. Thigh lifts are effective in removing the saggy, dimpled skin that many people develop in this area.

Outer Thigh Lift
A thigh lift is performed to remove excess skin and fat from the upper legs. Candidates typically suffer from loose, inelastic skin after extreme weight loss due to diet, exercise or bariatric surgery. Because of this, the procedure is often combined with others such as breast lifts, facelifts and arm lifts to retain an attractive body proportion.
In a lateral thigh lift (outer thigh lift), the incision is made from the groin around the back of the body, so that the buttocks are lifted along with the thigh.

Mommy Makeovers
There’s no denying that motherhood takes its toll on our bodies. From the lingering effects of childbirth to the stress and worry we put on it each day, a woman’s body changes as she matures into motherhood. But there’s no reason why we can’t restore our bodies back to how they were before children. Cosmetic procedures are safer and easier than ever before, and even designed to improve upon the natural changes of a mother’s body.

Buttock Augmentation
If you want to enlarge or reshape your buttocks and have discovered that they do not respond to diet or exercise, buttock augmentation may be the solution you’ve been looking for. A buttock augmentation (butt augmentation) or buttock lift (butt lift) contours the buttocks and compensates for low amounts of fat in the area. Women and men who enlarge their bottoms can enjoy a more voluptuous and perky profile.
